Resources

The term “Servant Leadership” is not easy to define, but the motivation behind our desire to achieve this symbiosis of self-improvement and selfless giving is clear as day: we want to reach outside of ourselves to share our talents and resources with both the communities in which we live, as well as those most in need of a helping hand.

We work toward this goal each and every day, guided by our own principles of compassion and humility as outlined by how we answer these thought-provoking questions.

  • What three people could I do a better job supporting?
  • What three things could I do better as a Servant Leader?
  • What three action steps am I going to take the next 90 days?
  • Who is going to keep me accountable to those actions? (Not my spouse or business partner)

"Everybody can be great because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and verb agree to serve...you don’t have to know the second theory of thermodynamics in physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul 'generated by love'."

—Martin Luther King Jr.
