The Children’s Receiving home assists children and families affected by abuse, neglect and trauma in California. Univera matched all proceeds and donations. Taking place on October 31st, the race wound its way through the scenic American River Parkway in Fair Oaks. Participants received goodies, a costume contest was held, and everyone contributed to the therapeutic services that the Children’s Receiving home provides for families in need.
